Job duties include carrying out product development projects, as well as providing support for completed products. We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical engineering background, who can thrive in our dedicated, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering manager and fellow engineers on new product development projects
• Perform engineering calculations / analyses and create design drawings
• Develop QC / testing documents and collect data on prototypes
• Communicate with operations / production on manufacturing requirements and provide necessary engineering support
• Gather user requirements and product feedback
• After new products are released, monitor product performance and manage design updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1 - 5 years of previous engineering-related work experience
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
• Ability to multi-task, and affinity for a fast-paced working environment
• Motivated, responsibility-seeking individual
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus

Compensation for Qualified Employees:

• Salary: 70-120K depending on work experience and highest engineering degree achieved

The ideal candidate will work with senior managers to generate revenue and meet sales targets by promoting products and engineering services provided by GloTech. Job Description:

1. Provide Finance and Accounting support:

• Book PO's in accounting software and operations database
• Create and distribute customer invoices, provide account statements to customers
• Update and maintain data in accounting software and database
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation
• Assist in preparing financial reports and cash flow forecast for senior management
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports for the management

2. Provide customer support:

• Make project tracking sheets and update customers project status
• Receive customer PO’s, create and store project paperwork properly
• Provide customers packing lists, shipment tracking updates and delivery notice
• Assist customers and management with ad-hoc project inquiries

3. Assist in warehouse management:

• Arrange shipments from the warehouse
• Update inventory levels and conduct physical inventory periodically, ensure inventories are well maintained and organized
• Assist in inventory and warehouse planning

4. Office administrative tasks

• Arrange company events
• Prepare employee expense reports and assist in reimbursements
• Assist in booking business travels
• Other general clerical and office administrative duties

Requirements:

• College degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Motivated, detail-oriented, multi task and responsibility-seeking individual
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Superior teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Experience in using accounting software (Quickbooks, etc.)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Product Engineer to support the development and continuous improvement of the GEM Flow Meter product line. This role involves designing new features, managing product line extensions, ensuring product quality, and providing technical and applications support to customers. Candidates with backgrounds in either Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and experience in related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• New Product Features and Line Extensions: Design, test and implement innovative features and product enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
• Continuous Product Improvement: Identify and address opportunities to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Application Support: Provide technical guidance and assist with model selection to ensure compliance with project specifications and installation-specific needs.
• Troubleshooting: Communicate directly with customers to diagnose and resolve issues with GEM Flow Meter installations.
• Collaboration with Manufacturing: Work with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality, and address technical / production challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years previous work experience in Design Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).  
• Relevant experience working at a flow metering or instrumentation company is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
